Surface-treated calcium carbonate series
Features: Compared with pure calcium carbonate,
it has low particle distribution, low water absorption and
oil absorption. It can offer resin good compatibility to
improve the performance (anti-impact property,tensile,flexibility
and lustre of the manufactures) of products and dyeing capacity.
Uses:used as filler in papermaking, rubber,
plastic, wire cable, paint coating, ink and daily chemical
industry.
Main application
It can improve smoothness of paper
It can be used in rubber to improve dispersion, releasing
capacity, smoothness, bending capacity, processing capacity
and mechanical performance.
It can be used in plastic to improve flexibility, strength,
stability, processing capacity, tensile strength
, impact strength and reactive time.
It can be used in cable product to improve insulation. Because
of good compatibility with resin, it can be used in PVC
wire cable £»
ink, coating and paint. It can improve the brightness, dispersion
and stability of products.
