French white Series
"kelong brand" superfine French white
is processed strictly following the regulated steps and
related standards from high-quality French chalk in the
working procedure (selecting, washing, air-drying, breaking
and grinding). The product features high whiteness, even
granularity, narrow size distribution and large specific
surface area.
Main function
Usually used as fillers in such industries as paper-making,
coatings, printing ink, cables, ceramics, rubbers, pharmacy,
textiles and feed. It can increase the products sizes and
cut production costs.
In coatings: as a frame working-filler, can cut the manufacturing
cost and increase the hardness of the paint film. It has
two types: transparent type and covering type, the transparent
type is mainly used in oily coatings while the covering
type in waterborne coatings.
In paper-making industry: used as fillers for paper-making
and deinking agent of coatings and resin. It can make the
paper solid and white, increase paper's opacity and brightness,
promote its adsorptive capacity to printing ink.
In rubbers: can increase the cubage of rubbers, improve
the processibility and hardness. In plastic: can increase
the cubage of plastics and cut costs, increase the stability
and hardness and rigidity, improve the heating-resistance
and astigmatism

Uses
1, used in the modification
of plastic rubber, it can replace resin (rubber) partly
to improve the performance of plastic rubber.
2, It can be used in paint coating to improve the
resistance of paint to light, UV,acid, alkali, water, pollution,
age, abrasion, steam and fire, etc.
